Some of our key areas include:

• People & Capability Business Partners - responsible for operational and strategic people advice to leaders while also delivering the key people initiatives to support the overall business strategy
• Learning & Capability - in this team we have Instructional Designers, Learning Experience Designers and Specialists who are at the forefront of leading and developing the capability needed in our people.
• Talent Acquisition -  our Talent Acquisition team is on a journey of transformation, passionate about Target and focused on delivering best practice and excellence in recruitment.
• Remuneration & Benefits - our Remuneration & Benefits team is responsible for payroll, HR systems, HR metrics, remuneration frameworks and benefits programs.
• Employee Relations - our Employee Relations team leads our workplace relations strategy across all areas of our business - Stores, Head Office and our Distribution Centres
