What will you do?

 

In this role, you will be responsible for the full ecommerce P&L across all business categories & platforms, including mobile, desktop, App & marketplaces. The eCommerce Sales Manager will ensure we achieve the topline online sales forecast through the creation of a sales potential pipeline, scenario planning, building sales/growth opportunity & business development plans with key stakeholders and leading and managing fulfilment recommendations and flows to ensure stock availability.

 

Other responsibilities will include:

 

  • Develop strategies to optimise the site to improve search engine rankings
  • Research keywords to use on Target's website across brand, products, and digital content
  • Perform ongoing keyword discovery, expansion and optimisation
  • Daily performance metrics to support SEO strategy and performance.
  • Implement testing strategies, website layouts and advertising for search engine optimisation
  • Conduct market & competitor analysis to identify weaknesses and where opportunities are
What are we looking for?

 

The ideal candidate will be able to demonstrate at least 7 years’ experience in Sales Leadership and Business Development with extensive eCommerce knowledge (trading, fulfilment, web systems and platforms).  Developed expertise in performance coaching, process engineering & mapping, forecasting, budgeting & reporting, and web analytics & insights is essential as is ability to collaborate and communicate effectively with internal and external partners, and has excellent knowledge of digital trends and eCommerce landscape.
