What will you do?


In this role, you will work across the business including Target stores and DC’s to support and lead the implementation of process and projects and ensuring Targets fulfilment process is efficient, safe and creating a great customer experience


Other responsibilities will include:


  • Be the point of escalation for stores/store coaches to support online fulfilment activities
  • Work closely with the store operations team to ensure the online team and store teams are closely aligned
  • Support implementing new process and solution to completion with the Team Member and Customer Experience in focus
  • Regularly review KPI and performance reports with the team ensuring they are engaged, and targets are met, while removing barriers which may impact the team’s ability to achieve the best standard of delivery
What are we looking for?


The ideal candidate will have 5 – 10 years’ experience in retail, primarily in supply chain / fulfilment.  Proficiency in creating and supporting processing mapping is essential as is strong experience developing and maintaining process flow documentation and general operational flows of all logistics processes along with ability to demonstrate experience in working within a KPI driven and structured retail environment and ability to lead collaboration between our Store Support Office and stores to create best practice.
