What will you do?


This role will focus on enabling and empowering customer led decisions across Target to support profitable sales and transactions. Leading the Customer Insights and Analytics team, to implement insights and analytics programs that enhance the understanding of our prospects and customers and influence effective use of key learnings in business decisions, delivering to our strategy.

Other responsibilities will include:


  • Lead the Target Single View of the Customer priority and establish the reporting and analytics team to deliver positive improvement in the customer experience online & instore
  • Implement an effective customer analytics program incorporating data across multiple platforms
  • Develop and implement the process to embed CI across the business to ensure the customer is at the heart of all decision making
  • Own the coaching and development to create a high performing team with clear measures, development plans and support mechanisms
What are we looking for?


The ideal candidate will have tertiary qualifications and at least 7 years’ experience within customer insights, analytics and leading teams in this space.  Extensive proven experience in customer analytics, CI, CSC and Flybuys is essential as is proven experience in developing and implementing customer led strategy along with strong experience in leading and monetising the full customer journey – based on customer insight, and ability to demonstrate results working in a complex, fast-paced environment with multiple stakeholders and tight deadlines.
