What will you do?


Target has a great opportunity for a Loyalty Partnership Specialist to join the team at Target. The Primary Purpose of this role is to build, manage, own and implement the OnePass and flybuys programs, communications and campaigns for Target to achieve business objectives.

Key responsibilities and accountabilities include:


Partnership Development and Planning

•    Define, support and execute the strategy for OnePass and flybuys to ensure delivery of business objectives.  
•    Drive acquisition, retention and re-engagement strategies and activities to support program and business objectives. 
•    Develop and implement the annual marketing and communication plans to achieve targets and maximise ROI.
•    Optimise member benefits, working closely with the Wesfarmer ecosystem partners and flybuys, to maximise participation and customer lifetime value.
•    Manage program risks, issues, dependencies and implement effective mitigation plans.
•    Contribute as a subject matter expert on partnership programs and decisions.

Stakeholder Management 

•    Proactively build and maintain relationships across OneDigital, flybuys and Target.
•    Work collaboratively with partners and internal stakeholders to deliver the program, marketing plans and communications.
•    Engage and collaborate with senior stakeholders across Target, Kmart, OnePass and flybuys to ensure alignment, prioritisation, business dependencies are clearly defined and support business and digital OKRs.


Data Analytics, Insights and Reporting 

•    Establish and monitor performance measures to ensure the programs and campaigns are achieving targets and delivering the desired benefits.
•    Utilise data analytics and insights to inform and drive how we effectively communicate with the customers.
•    Contribute to the development, implementation and embedding of customer segmentation, audience strategy and framework.
•    Support budgeting, finance and investment management processes, including benefits definition & realisation.
•    Regularly evaluate and action customer research, feedback, market conditions and competitor data to ensure we continually meet customer needs. 
•    Establish, coordinate and produce governance forum documentation, including portfolio or program progress updates.

•    Continuously review and improve ways of working, with a focus on value creation for our customers, our teams and internal partners/stakeholders.

What are we looking for?


It is an exciting time to join our business and team here at Target ! We have a great opportunity for a Loyalty Partnership Specialist who enjoys working in a fast paced environment and loves to build relationships across a wider team.
Superior relationship-building, communication and negotiation skills within cross-functional teams is essential to be successful in this role.

The ideal person will hold the following Qualifications, experience, and knowledge:

•    4-6yrs+ years in loyalty programs leading customer share of wallet growth programs and activations. E.g. Loyalty and Lifecycle programs
•    Strong stakeholder engagement
•    3+ years customer data, digital engagement, technology and/or CRM environment.
•    1-2 years experience in an agile environment, ideally in a large business
•    Tertiary education in a relevant field
•    Successful track record in delivery of complex programs/initiatives
•    Retail industry experience desired
•    Relevant experience in loyalty, personalisation, data analytics, AI / ML desired
•    Good understanding of digital media and digital marketing
•    Excellent organization, planning and facilitation skills
•    Experience in influencing and managing
