What will you do?

 

We’re on the lookout for a detail-driven Marketing Workflow Coordinator to keep our creative processes running like clockwork. In this dynamic role, you’ll manage day-to-day marketing workflow (Monday.com) while overseeing sample logistics and ensuring deadlines are met through clear, consistent team communication. You’ll also help refine and improve key marketing and supplier processes, aligning with the Merchandise critical path and boosting cross-functional efficiency. As a  Marketing Workflow Coordinator you’ll: 

 

  • Manage and maintain the marketing workflow platform (Monday.com), adapting reports and collaborating with the vendor to enhance functionality.
  • Provide regular updates to management on resource capacity, conflicting priorities, and any missed or at-risk deadlines.
  • Promote collaboration across all marketing functions, ensuring briefs are complete and escalating issues to prevent delays.
  • Support the development and refinement of marketing processes aligned with the Merchandise critical path.
  • Use workflow tools to standardise and streamline operations across teams and brands.
  • Review all outputs for accuracy, ensuring deliverables meet technical specifications and deadlines before sharing with external suppliers.
  • Communicate changes to campaign timelines or marketing processes, ensuring cross-functional clarity and alignment.
  • Oversee sample management for merchandise and ecommerce, coordinating access for multiple stakeholders.

 

What are we looking for? 

  • 2+ years’ experience in a hands-on marketing support role, ideally within a retail studio environment focused on both print and digital.
  • Advanced proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (InDesign, Photoshop, Illustrator, Acrobat, After Effects), with working knowledge of Figma and Microsoft Office.
  • Familiarity with digital workflow tools, preferably Monday.com, and a proven ability to manage and optimise process efficiency.
  • Strong attention to detail and ability to deliver technically accurate, high-quality outputs under tight deadlines.
  • Demonstrated ability to follow creative briefs and brand guidelines to produce effective marketing assets.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with a collaborative mindset and ability to influence team outcomes.
  • Self-motivated and capable of managing multiple projects simultaneously in a fast-paced environment.
  • Strong problem-solving skills with a focus on continuous improvement, customer outcomes, and cross-functional teamwork.
