What will you do?


Target has a great opportunity for a Digital Product Manager - Loyalty to join the team at Target. The Primary Purpose of this role is with a focus on Target’s website, app and customer experience, you will be a champion for high-performing digital products and teams, collaborating with both the product and agile delivery teams to continuously optimise the customer experience

Key responsibilities and accountabilities include:

•    Responsible for the prioritisation of development activities of the loyalty programs and features to ensure customer and business benefit
•    Contribute to the digital and loyalty strategies and the vision of the product and convey that vision to the team
•    Collaborate with UX to perform customer research work to understand customer needs, motivations and behaviours in order to ensure customer centric experiences 
•    Define and groom a backlog of engaging and delightful customer experiences to drive business value 
•    Ensure customer behaviour and data is at the forefront of decisions
•    Define success metrics for each initiative
•    Establish and maintain necessary reporting to facilitate measurement against success metrics
•    Be a role model for the Target Values everyday
•    Accountable for a safe workplace by identifying and reporting safety concerns and leading by example by maintaining a safe working environment and demonstrating safe working behaviour

It is an exciting time to join our business and team here at Target ! We have a great opportunity for a Digital Product Manager-Loyalty who enjoys working in a fast paced environment and loves to build relationships across a wider team.
Superior relationship-building, communication and negotiation skills within cross-functional teams is essential to be successful in this role.

The ideal person will hold the following Qualifications, experience, and knowledge:

•    Relevant Tertiary qualification 
•    5+ years in Product or related Digital role 
•    Experience working with product teams in an agile development environment
•    Ability to play a major part in a scrum development team and be the person people turn to for answers
•    Proven track record in delivering digital products through their lifecycle
•    Sound knowledge of developing customer experience  - you are detailed oriented and aspire to create world-class loyalty led customer experiences
•    Sound knowledge of current online technologies, design principles and development approaches
•    Knowledge of customer usability testing
•    Demonstrated ability to manage multiple initiatives
