What will you do?
We have an exciting opportunity for a National Marketing and Communications Manager to join Target’s dynamic team on a fixed-term 12 month basis.
In this pivotal role, you'll oversee national marketing initiatives and customer communications, leading the marketing channel strategy and driving go-to-market excellence for Target’s annual calendar. By translating customer and business insights into actionable strategies, you'll play a key role in delivering category and overall business growth.
In this role, you will:

Lead the development and execution of integrated marketing communications strategies across all channels, including all paid media, digital media, catalogues, TV, in-store,

Explore communications-led opportunities to deliver impactful marketing campaigns that resonate with customers.

Manage and optimise the marketing budget with a strong focus on improving efficiency and attribution.

Drive collaboration with cross-functional teams to align on key brand moments and deliver cohesive marketing strategies.

Build and foster a high-performing marketing team, providing clear direction, coaching, and guidance.

Translate customer and business insights into compelling communications plans to achieve sales growth.

Oversee the planning and delivery of large-scale marketing calendars across marketing, communications, and content.
What are we looking for?
We’re seeking a visionary leader with strong experience in retail marketing, communications, and digital media. You’ll lead a dynamic team to execute campaigns, enhance brand loyalty, and drive sales growth while ensuring alignment with company goals.
To be successful in this role, you will bring:

10-15 years of experience in managing integrated marketing campaigns in fashion retail, agency, or major bluechip brands.

Proven experience leading high-performing teams, coaching, and building a strong team culture.

Strong technical skills in marketing, including CRM, traditional, and digital channels, with expertise in budget management and attribution.

Advanced planning, organisation, and project management skills.

Strong business and commercial acumen.

Excellent interpersonal, influencing, negotiation, and decision-making skills.

The ability to collaborate cross-functionally and develop complex relationships with internal and external stakeholders.
