About the Opportunity
In this pivotal role, you’ll be responsible for the end-to-end delivery of integrated marketing campaigns, driving both brand and commercial outcomes. Working in a fast-paced, large-scale retail environment, you’ll partner with a broad network of internal teams and external agencies to bring campaigns to life—on time, on budget, and at the highest standard.
You’ll play a key role in translating customer insights into impactful campaigns, ensuring every touchpoint is optimised to drive engagement, increase traffic, and boost sales performance.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead the planning, development, and execution of multi-channel marketing campaigns from briefing through to post-campaign analysis
- Build and deliver go-to-market strategies that support category growth and customer participation
- Collaborate cross-functionally with Brand, Creative, Media, Digital, Merchandise and Analytics teams to ensure fully integrated campaign delivery
- Partner closely with external agencies to deliver best-in-class creative and media outcomes
- Use customer insights, data and performance metrics to inform decision-making and continuously optimise campaign performance
- Manage multiple campaigns simultaneously within tight deadlines, ensuring accuracy and attention to detail
- Deliver post-implementation reviews, identifying learnings and using insights to improve future campaign outcomes
- Ensure all campaigns meet brand, legal and compliance requirements while maintaining creative excellence
What You’ll Bring
- Proven experience in campaign marketing within apparel retail (essential)
- Minimum 5+ years’ experience in a fast-paced, high-volume marketing environment
- Strong capability in managing stakeholders across large, complex organisations
- Demonstrated experience delivering integrated campaigns across multiple channels
- Highly developed project management, planning and organisational skills
- Strong analytical mindset with the ability to translate insights into actionable strategies
- A collaborative, proactive approach with the ability to influence and build strong relationships
- Resilience and agility to thrive under pressure and deliver to tight timelines
