We’re looking for an experienced Senior Brand Specialist to play a critical role in shaping and delivering brand activity across one of Australia's most recognised retail brands. Working closely with the Head of Brand, PR & social strategy you'll help bring our brand strategy to life, ensuring every campaign, activation and customer touchpoint strengthens our brand and supports commercial outcomes.

 

Responsible for managing end-to-end brand campaigns from concept and planning through to execution and go-live, coordinating stakeholders and ensuring successful delivery to market.

 

This is a highly visible role where you'll partner across marketing, digital, merchandising, PR, communications, insights and creative teams to deliver integrated, large-scale brand campaigns that connect with millions of customers.

 

You’ll balance strategic thinking with hands-on execution, managing multiple priorities and working at pace to ensure brand activity is delivered consistently and effectively across every channel.

 

What You'll Be Doing

 

  • Lead the development and execution of integrated brand campaigns across digital, online, TV, radio, in-store and other customer touchpoints.
  • Drive consistency in brand expression, ensuring alignment with brand strategy, creative platforms and visual identity.
  • Partner with internal stakeholders and external agencies to deliver compelling, customer-centric marketing activity.
  • Translate customer, market and business insights into effective brand initiatives that deliver measurable impact.  
  • Influence and engage senior stakeholders across the business to build alignment and support for brand priorities.
  • Strengthen brand governance and champion best-practice brand management across the organisation
  • Monitor brand performance, campaign effectiveness and commercial outcomes, using insights to optimise future activity.

 

What We're Looking For

 

You are an experienced brand marketer who combines creativity with commercial acumen and understands how great brand work contributes to business growth.

You'll bring:

 

  • 7+ years' experience in Brand, Marketing or Communications roles
  • Experience within retail, FMCG or other large-scale consumer organisations.
  • A strong commercial mindset with the ability to connect brand activity to customer engagement, sales growth and business performance.
  • Proven experience delivering large-scale, multi-channel marketing and brand campaigns.
  • Exceptional stakeholder management and influencing skills, with the confidence to work across multiple business functions.
  • The ability to thrive in a dynamic, high-volume environment where priorities can shift quickly.
  • Strong communication skills, attention to detail and a passion for building customer-first brands.
