We have an exciting new opportunity for a Performance Marketing Specialist to join our team! In this role, you will implement, manage, and optimise paid social campaigns across multiple platforms to drive sales, improve ROAS, and deliver against key business objectives.

What will you do?

As a Performance Specialist you’ll:

  • Audit, build, and implement campaigns across SEM and paid social platforms including Google Ads, SA360, Meta, TikTok, and other emerging channels.
  • Manage and optimise campaigns across Search, App, Display, Performance Max, and paid social formats to improve conversions and ROAS.
  • Lead and manage our affiliate marketing channel, launching new partner programs, analyse results, and manage opportunities through existing partners.
  • Monitor performance daily, making data-led optimisations across bidding, audiences, creatives, and placements.
  • Leverage automation, platform tools, and advanced features across Google and social platforms to drive efficiency and scale.
  • Test and adopt new betas, features, and innovations across platforms to continuously improve performance.
  • Analyse cross-channel performance to identify trends, insights, and growth opportunities.
  • Prepare regular performance reports with clear insights, learnings, and actionable recommendations.
  • Monitor campaign pacing, budgets, and spend to ensure alignment with forecasts and targets.
  • Ensure best practice processes and governance are followed across all performance channels.
  • Troubleshoot campaign and platform issues, escalating where required.
  • Support invoicing processes by reconciling campaign spend against finance records.
  • Collaborate with internal stakeholders, creative teams, and external partners to deliver high-quality, performance-driven campaigns.

What are we looking for? 

  • 3–5 years’ experience in a performance marketing role across both SEM and paid social.
  • Proven experience managing campaigns in Google Ads, SA360, Meta Ads Manager, and TikTok Ads Manager.
  • Strong understanding of campaign structures across Search, Performance Max, App campaigns, and paid social formats.
  • Demonstrated ability to drive performance outcomes including revenue growth, CPA efficiency, and ROAS improvement.
  • Experience auditing accounts and identifying optimisation and scaling opportunities.
  • Strong analytical skills, with the ability to interpret cross-channel data and translate insights into action.
  • Experience with analytics platforms (e.g. GA4) and campaign tracking methodologies.
  • Strong project management skills, with the ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
  • Experience with campaign invoicing and financial reconciliation processes.
  • Advanced Excel skills and confidence working with large datasets.
  • Excellent communication, organisation, and stakeholder management skills.
