We have an exciting opportunity for a detail-oriented and process driven 1:1 Marketing Specialist to join our team on a 3-month fixed term contract! As a 1:1 Marketing Specialist, you will play a critical role in planning, reviewing, executing and optimising email, push, and SMS campaigns designed to engage millions of customers, drive sales, and build brand loyalty.  

 

What will you do?

As a 1:1 Marketing Specialist you’ll: 

  • Oversee the daily email, SMS and app push notification calendar – working cross-functionally with online trade, marketing, design, compliance and merchandise to drive trade, digital engagement, and meet continuous planning deadlines while safeguarding the accuracy of communications sent to our customers  
  • Demonstrate strong collaboration by working effectively with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless campaign execution
  • Work closely with the wider 1:1 Marketing Team to review email, SMS and app push notification ‘effectiveness’, by developing skills in reporting and knowledge of best practices, to continuously optimise 1:1 marketing initiatives for maximum impact 
  • Take ownership of key responsibilities with accountability and self-awareness, fostering positive team dynamics through emotional intelligence. 
  • Have the opportunity to learn skills across Customer Engagement Platforms and Martech stacks such as Salesforce, Marketing Cloud and Google Analytics
  • Gain experience with AI in marketing automation channels and modern email best practice (designing in FIGMA and reviewing in Pageproof and Litmus)


What are we looking for? 

  • Strong attention to detail and process orientated
  • Ability to prioritise and collaborate to manage reactive changes while maintaining timings for planned activity
  • Highly numerate, tech savvy and eager to learn and upskill in marketing platforms and analytics tools

Advantageous skills:

  • Experience collaborating with cross-functional teams
  • Experience managing multiple projects and deadlines in a fast-paced environment
  • Experience using customer engagement platforms  
  • Hands-on experience planning and executing personalised email marketing campaigns
  • Prior experience in analysing data with the ability to interpret data, draw conclusions, and make data driven decisions
  • Must be willing to grow technical skills across martech platforms
  • Experience with reporting and analytics tools (Google Analytics, Power BI, Looker Studio, Excel, PowerPoint etc.) and Monday.com
