What will you do?

A day in the life of our Store Managers is incredibly diverse, but will encompass some of the following:

  • Being strategic and innovative in your approach to achieving positive financial results.
  • Leading your team to deliver amazing visual merchandising and an outstanding experience to our customers.
  • Fostering a fun and engaging workplace where the team is inspired to work to their highest potential.
  • Building your team’s capability through coaching, development and succession planning.
  • Overall accountability for upholding a store with a strong safety and compliance focus. 
  • Lead the Target vision, strategy and values within the team and across the organisation.

We are on the lookout for an exceptional Store Manager who will lead and inspire their team to deliver customer excellence in all facets of store operations and compliance. With a strong and extensive background in retail management, you will be passionate, commercially minded and committed to delivering positive results for the business.
